Home and Community Service (HCS) is a state waiver program that is designed to help people, within our communities, overcome the problems associated with mental illness, mental retardation, autism, addictive behaviors, and early childhood developmental delays by ensuring the availability of quality services.

Our highly skilled staff provides treatment and assistance to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and also children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. Treatment is comprehensive and directed toward stabilization in the home, workplace and community.
